URKNIT india is committed to your happiness. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and we are in
serving you, if you are not happy with any reason we have gladly accept your return within 3 days of your order
delivery date.
We currently ship to pan India. All items are shipped through with reputed courier companies.
Once we have shipped the product to the customer, Mail contain Tracking No. delivered to registered Email. Most
of the products take not more than 07-10 Business day to reach the 5000 cities / towns serviced by our courier
companies.
We reserve the right to cancel the item in case of detection of fraud or non availability of stock.
All cancelled items would have the money refunded back to their account( which was used for transaction) in 10
business days.
All returned items would have the money refunded back and delivery charges must be deducted in your order value.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
We at URKNIT want our customers to have complete peace of mine while buying our products. We understand that
a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around purchasing products whose
fit or material you may not be sure of. Our return policy guidelines takes care of all that. In case are not 100%
happy with your purchased item, you will have 3 calendar days from receipt of your order to submit a Return
Request and send back your item(s). All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions.
We understand and accept returns and exchanges on all regular and sale priced items. Please ensure that
returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached. Please include all designer packaging with your
return. We will not accept returns that are without designer tags, damaged, used and/or altered.

WHEN CAN | REPLACE?
You can return any products ordered from URKNIT.COM & within 3 days of delivery. Returned products must be
unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure
that your returns are accepted by our Quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your
product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.
HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?
In case you are shipping the product back on your own the delivery time would depend on courier. Within 2- 3
working days we will ship your product through reputed courier services and it will be delivered to you at your
doorstep. We do not charge any fees for courier service by us.
